Subject:	Amending Title 75 to Prohibit Turning into Gas Station and Parking Lots to Avoid a Traffic Light (Former HB 407)

In the near future, I intend to reintroduce legislation to amend Title 75 that would prohibit vehicles from turning into gas stations and parking lots with the purpose of avoiding traffic lights. Vehicles turning into gas stations and parking lots with the intention of exiting the opposite entrance can endanger pedestrians standing outside their vehicles at these locations.
