This memo is replacing a co-sponsorship memo sent out earlier today. In the near future I will be introducing a joint resolution along with Rep. Adolph. We will be honoring Villanova University's men’s basketball team for winning the 2016 NCAA Championship and hope that you will all consider joining us in celebrating this milestone.
