Subject: Amending the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program's eligibility and reporting requirements to the Commonwealth
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation which will require all beneficiaries of the Educational Improvement Tax Credit program (EITC), to be held to the same standards as others who benefit from public funds. It would also require further reporting and accountability to the Pennsylvania House and Senate.
