Subject:	Resolution designating June 3, 2015 as “World CETV Day” or also known as “World Clubfoot Day” in Pennsylvania

In the near future, I plan to introduce a Resolution designating June 3, 2015 as “World CETV Day” or also known as “World Clubfoot Day” in Pennsylvania. It is a congenital deformity that affects 1/1000 born in the United States. Hundreds of thousands of individuals, from every country, suffer lives of disability when not receiving proper treatment for clubfoot. The late Dr. Ignacio Ponseti developed the low-cost, nonsurgical, highly effective Ponseti Method that is now the globally recognized standard of care for treating clubfoot deformity. June 3rd is the anniversary of the birth of Dr. Ponseti. I hope you will join me in sponsoring this legislation.
