Subject: Constitutional amendment to broaden the use of absentee ballots
 
In the near future, I will be re-introducing legislation (former House Bill 1712), that would amend our state's constitution to specifically guarantee the military the right to vote by absentee ballot and allow the General Assembly to enact legislation to permit more Pennsylvania residents to vote by absentee ballot.
