| In the near future, I will be re-introducing legislation (Wine Auction Permit) amending the Liquor Code. This legislation would allow any college or university which is a member of the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania to obtain a wine auction permit. This permit will allow the holder to auction wine, for fundraising purposes, no more than four days per year at a cost of $30 per day. Thank you in advance for consideration of my legislation.
