Subject: | Off-Premises Catering Permit |
In the near future I plan to introduce legislation to amend the liquor code. My legislation will allow those liquor licensees that qualify for an off-premises catering permit to apply for the permit after March 1st so long as they are a licensee in good standing with the PLCB and they pay an increased permitting fee. The Liquor Code currently requires a liquor licensee to apply for the off-premises catering permit by March 1st of each calendar year whether they have scheduled any catered events or not. Thank you in advance for your consideration. |
