Subject: Heffley - Amending Titles 18 and 75 of the PA Consolidated Statutes, impersonating a public servant and signals on emergency vehicles.
 
In the near future I will be introducing legislation, former House Bill 2189, as an amendment to Title 19 (Crimes Code) and Title 75 (Vehicle Code) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for impersonating a public servant and for visual and audible signals on emergency vehicles.
Please join me as a co-sponsor of this important piece of legislation.
