Subject: Co-sponsorship: Prohibiting discrimination against volunteer ambulance services
 
When we return for Session, I will be re-introducing House Bill 1558 (2011-12 Session) which will prohibit the discrimination against volunteer ambulance services by amending the Insurance Company Law (Act 284 of 1921). This legislation requires insurance carriers to directly reimburse ambulance services.
