Subject: | Reintroduction of Legislation - Create Nano-Brewery License - Former House Bill 2360 ~ 2011-2012 Legislative Session |
Please find attached legislation that I plan to reintroduce in the near future to amend the Liquor Code. My legislation would create a nano-brewery license. This license shall enable the holder to manufacture no more than 150 barrels of malt and brewed beverages per year. They may sell their product for consumption on or off of the licensed premises in any container and volume. In addition, the holder of a nano-brewery license may also hold a restaurant liquor or hotel liquor license. The cost of this license shall be set by the PLCB but may not exceed $500. Thank you for your consideration of this proposal. Previous Cosponsors: Bear, Boyd, Caltagirone, Creighton, Cutler, Evankovich, Everett, Geist, Gingrich, Grove, Mullery, Payton, Sturla, and Ellis |
