When we return to Session, I will be re-introducing two bills from the last Session. In light of the draconian property taxes passed in the waning days of last Session, these bills are more important than ever.

Description:	The first Bill, “A Senior Citizens Property Tax Increase Freeze Act” would provide for an exemption from increases in real property taxes for Senior Citizens 65 years of age or older. This Bill was introduced last Session as House Bill 501 with the following Co-sponsors: CALTAGIRONE, DeLUCA, HENNESSEY,BARRAR, FARRY, GIBBONS, GROVE, HUTCHINSON, KOTIK, O'NEILL,PYLE, READSHAW, K.
