CHRISTIANA, James J., III, a Representative from Beaver and Washington Counties; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., 1983; graduated, Beaver Area High School, 2002; B.A., political science, Washington & Jefferson College, 2006; sales consultant, Bobby Rahal Automotive Group; elected, council, Beaver Borough (2005-2008); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2008; reelected to the House to serve 4 more consecutive terms; appointed, Legislative Budget and Finance Committee (2009-2018); appointed, Select Committee on School Safety (2013); member, advisory board, The Pennsylvania State University, Beaver; not a candidate for reelection to the House (2018); unsuccessful campaign, United States Senate (2018); chair, Beaver County Republican Committee (2018-present).
