SEIP, Tim, a Representative from Berks and Schuylkill Counties; born in Pottsville, Schuylkill County, Pa., May 25, 1969; graduated, Pottsville Area High School, 1987; B.A., criminal justice administration, Mansfield University of Pennsylvania (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania), 1991; M.S.W., Marywood University, 2002; social worker (1992-2006); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 2007 and 2009 terms; appointed, board, Center for Rural Pennsylvania (2007-2010); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2010); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (2012); instructor, Kutztown University of Pennsylvania (2012-present).
