Report HB 1334 - amendment to Bingo Law - as amended will increase bingo prize limits, eliminate the two day per week restriction on the operation of bingo, eliminating the single municipality location provision specific to Allegheny County, removing the two-year wait requirement for volunteer fire companies that merge or consolidate services and provide for non-bona fide members of an association or charitable organization to call bingo as long as they are under supervision of a bona fide member, has no felonies or violation of this act and must be approved by association or charitable organization
