Requested by CCAP and supported by the sponsor of the bill, clarifies that the only time the TCB is responsible for collecting delinquent payments of this type is if the property is sold at upset sale so the deed can be transferred cleanly. If it is not sold, the responsibility for delinquent collection reverts back to the agency that holds the account. The amendment ensures that we are not adding additional duties to TCBs.
