House Committee Roll Call Votes

Amends the bill to make a sanctuary municipality liable for crimes committed in the Commonwealth by an unauthorized alien that has been knowingly released from custody in disregard of a lawful United States Immigration & Customs Enforcement detainer. It also removes the section with dealing with the duties of police officers and tasks DCED with doing at least one random check of municipalities to verity they have remained in compliance. The amendment then makes some technical changes to deal with the removal of a section.
