Brief Description
Makes several changes to respond to issues raised by appraisers and the Department of State. The definition of “short sale” is modified to include commercial property, the provision allowing Broker Price Opinions for use with relocation company services is deleted, use of Broker Price Opinions is specifically prohibited in connection with distribution of decedents’ estates and a provision is added to establish that the Real Estate Recovery Fund shall not be used to pay any claims related to Broker Price Opinions.
