AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in fees, providing for reduced fee for veterans.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
ยง 1936. Reduced fee for veterans.
Notwithstanding section 1901(b)(4) (relating to exemption of
persons, entities and vehicles from fees), a reduction in the
registration fee for passenger car registration eligible to
veterans with a disability shall be eligible to any veteran
residing in Pennsylvania, regardless of disability status.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
