1Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the
3Criminal Justice Enhancement Account.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 3575(d) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 3575. Criminal Justice Enhancement Account.

10(d) Distribution from account.--The money in the account is
11appropriated upon approval of the Governor to fulfill the
12provisions of section 1401(p) of the act of August 9, 1955 
13(P.L.323, No.130), known as The County Code, and shall be paid 
14in equal quarterly installments at the beginning of each 
15quarter.

16Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
