AN ACT
1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, in registration of vehicles, further providing for
3display of registration plate.
4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:
6Section 1. Section 1332 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8§ 1332. Display of registration plate.

10(a.1) Motorcycle registration plate.--
11(1) A registration plate issued for a motorcycle may be
12mounted on the motorcycle in a vertical manner, provided that
13the mounting complies with all other provisions of this
1section.
2(2) The department may produce a registration plate for
3motorcycles which displays the identifying characters on the
4plate in a vertical alignment and shall issue the plate upon
5payment of a fee of $20, which shall be in addition to the
6annual registration fee.

8Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
