Amend Resolution, page 1, lines 2 through 4, by striking out
"to remove marijuana as a Schedule I controlled" in line 2 and
all of lines 3 and 4 and inserting
by rescheduling marijuana in order to protect the right under
the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States
of participants in a state-sanctioned medical marijuana
program to legally own a firearm and further consider whether
marijuana has a proven medical purpose.
Amend Resolution, page 2, line 11, by inserting after "a"

Amend Resolution, page 2, lines 12 and 13, by striking out
"marijuana users in states which have legalized its use" and
inserting
participants in state-sanctioned medical marijuana programs
Amend Resolution, page 2, lines 14 through 18, by striking

preserving restrictions on others; therefore be it
