Amend Bill, page 26, lines 24 through 27, by striking out the
period in line 24 and all of lines 25 through 27 and inserting
and that the third party will return the firearms to
the defendant only upon receipt of an express,
written notification issued by the court or law
enforcement that the firearms be returned to the
defendant.
