Amend Resolution, page 1, line 17, by striking out "comprised
of two members" and inserting
comprised of:
(1) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the
Environmental Resources and Energy Committee of the Senate;
(2) The chairperson and minority chairperson of the
Health and Human Services Committee of the Senate; and
(3) Two additional members
Amend Resolution, page 2, lines 1 and 2, by striking out
"Senate; and be it further" and inserting

through 5; by striking out all of said lines on said pages and
inserting

(4) the chairperson of the Pennsylvania Public Utility
Commission, or his or her designee;
(5) the executive director of the Pennsylvania Housing

(6) the Physician General of the Commonwealth, or his or
her designee;
(7) two medical professionals with recognized experience
in pediatric care and lead poisoning;
(8) one individual who is a parent of a child with
elevated lead levels or an individual representing an
association or organization with recognized experience in
children's health;
(9) one individual representing municipal water

in this Commonwealth;
(14) one representative of an urban school district;
(15) one representative of a rural school district; and
(16) the executive director of the Housing Alliance of
Pennsylvania;
