striking out "the upset sale" in line 26, all of lines 27
through 30 on page 2 and "upset sale." in line 1 on page 3 and
inserting
all delinquent taxes returned to the bureau and any costs,
penalties and interest due at the time the owner appears to pay
the taxes.
Amend Bill, page 3, lines 4 and 5, by striking out ", tax
liens or tax judgments"
Amend Bill, page 3, line 14, by striking out "and shall
exercise" and inserting
for the purpose of exercising
Amend Bill, page 3, line 20, by inserting after "sale"
or other sale under this act
