Amend Bill, page 2, line 13, by striking out the bracket
before "as"
Amend Bill, page 2, line 14, by striking out the bracket
after "definitions)"
Amend Bill, page 4, lines 11 through 19, by striking out the
colon in line 11 and all of lines 12 through 19 and inserting
as set forth in Federal law and the laws of another
state substantially the same as the crimes enumerated
herein. The term also includes felony offenses under 18
U.S.C. ยงยง 371 (relating to conspiracy to commit offense
or to defraud United States) and 1341 (relating to frauds
and swindles).
Amend Bill, page 5, lines 10 through 18, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
Section 2. Section 3(a), (b) and (d) of the act are amended
and the section is amended by adding a subsection to read:
