If the charitable organization is registered with the
department, the notice required under section 13(c) shall be
displayed in the same manner.
Amend Bill, page 4, lines 12 through 14, by striking out "The
owner or leaseholder of the" in line 12 and all of lines 13 and
14 and inserting
The owner or leaseholder of the property shall notify the
bureau if the collection receptacle is not removed as requested.
Amend Bill, page 6, line 10, by striking out "60" and
inserting
