Amend Bill, page 1, lines 14 through 16, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 315.9(b.1) and (c) of the act of March 4,
1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, are
amended to read:
Amend Bill, page 1, by inserting between lines 18 and 19
(b.1) Notwithstanding subsection (b), the checkoffs
established in sections 315.2 [and], 315.7 and 315.8 shall not
expire.
Amend Bill, page 2, line 1, by striking out all of said line
Amend Bill, page 2, line 2, by striking out "in 60 days" and
inserting
immediately
