and providing for authority to possess a firearm
Amend Bill, page 5, by inserting between lines 10 and 11
Section 2.1. The act is amended by adding a section to read:
Section 1316-C. Authority to possess a firearm.
This article provides the exclusive means for a school entity
or nonpublic school to authorize an individual to possess a
firearm on school premises.
