FORCIER, Teresa Elaine Brown, a Representative from Crawford County; born in Meadville, Crawford County, Pa., October 6, 1953; graduated, Cambridge Springs High School, 1971; attended, Alliance College, 1983; attended, Edinboro University of Pennsylvania (now Pennsylvania Western University, Edinboro), 1985; legislative assistant, Pennsylvania State Representative Charles Swift (1979-1986); legislative assistant, Pennsylvania State Representative James Merry (1987); employee, Crawford County Per Diem (1988-1989); assistant director, Crawford County Tax Claim Bureau (1989-1990); editor, Crawford County GOP Newsletter; leader, Cambridge District GOP; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1990; reelected to 7 more consecutive terms; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (2006).
