Moore; president, Knoxville Light Company, Hill Top Ice Company; delegate, Republican National Convention, 1888; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania State House of Representatives, 1901-1908, not a candidate for reelection, 1908; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1913- resigned, October 8, 1915; elected, controller, Allegheny County, 1915-1926; elected, justice of the peace; elected, burgess, Knoxville; died, June 3, 1926 (aged 70) Knoxville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interment, Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Mount Lebanon, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
