Probasco Tustin; Bucknell University, valedictorian, B.A., 1886; admitted bar, 1886; moved, Philadelphia, commenced law practice, 1887; married, Ella Mae Woodruff Tustin, 1889; elected, Republican, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1907-1911; elected, Recorder of Deeds, Philadelphia, 1912; Bucknell University, honorary degree of Doctor of Law, 1915; mayoral appointment, director, Philadelphia Department, Public Welfare, 1920; died, December 19, 1921, Saint Agnes Hospital, John Hopkins University, Baltimore Maryland. Burial location unknown.

Studied law with Simon P. Wolverton, Northumberland; admitted bar, 1886; moved, Philadelphia, law practice, Tustin and Wesley, 1887. Specialty of Corporation and Orphans' Court practice.
