Lee Drake; Monroe County, District Attorney, 1872-1880; legal counsel, Monroe County Commissioners; elected, Democrat, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1899-1902; died July 27, 1908, Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania; interment Stroudsburg Cemetery, Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

Enlisted, October 16, 1862, orderly Sergeant, Company H, 166th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteers Infantry, serving Department of South Carolina, nine-month service, mustering out, August 17, 1863.
Teacher, Mauch Chunk (now Jim Thorpe) Carbon County, Principal of the Stroudsburg Academy, school, Stroudsburg Borough (now a private home on Thomas Street).
