Thomas Jackson, born April 12, 1782; elected, Democrat, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1828-1832; district attorney of Blair County; Gaysport (now Hollidaysburg) Town Council, 1841; Burgess of Blair Township, 1843-1844; married, Anna McMurtrie Jackson; died, January 2, 1855 (age 72), interment, Jackson Burial Ground, Gaysport, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
