WEAVER, Benjamin, a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa., October 19, 1845; educated in the public schools of Pittsburgh; farmer; roller, Pittsburg Iron and Forge Company (1863-1891); director, Thaddeus Stevens’ School, Pittsburgh; engaged in real estate (1891-1905); elected as a Republican-Citizen to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1903 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1904); died, December 9, 1905, in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Chartiers Cemetery, Carnegie, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
