FORD, Thomas J., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, September 3, 1856 in Cincinnati, Oh.; attended, Uniontown Soldiers’ Orphan School; ticket seller, Pennsylvania Railroad; lawyer (1880-1930); elected, school director, Etna; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1897, 1899, and 1901 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1903 term; elected, judge, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Allegheny County (1906-1930); died, December 8, 1930 in Aspinwall, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Greenwood Cemetery, O’Hara Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
