FLEMING, Bartlett, a Representative from Allegheny County; born in Parker’s Landing, Armstrong County, Pa., October 22, 1873; attended, Duff’s Commercial College; wood tank builder, Fleming Tank Company; elected, 16th Ward school board; member, Central Board of Education of Pittsburgh; elected, jury commissioner, Allegheny County; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1909 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1911 term; died, July 21, 1911 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Allegheny Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
