DALLY, Craig A., a Representative from Monroe and Northampton Counties; born in Easton, Northampton County, Pa., May 16, 1956; graduated, Pen Argyl Area High School, 1974; B.A., economics/business, Lafayette College, 1978; J.D., Villanova University School of Law, 1988; attorney; small business owner; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1997 term and served 6 consecutive terms thereafter; appointed, vice-president, Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority (2003-2006); appointed, vice-president, State Public School Building Authority (2003-2006); appointed, board, Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) (2007-2009); appointed, Speaker's Commission on Legislative Reform (2007); elected, delegate, Republican National Convention (2008); resigned from the House, January 4, 2010; elected, judge, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Northampton County (2010-present); appointed, Pennsylvania Commision on Sentencing (2019-present).
