OTTO, Henry P., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, January 19. 1912 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; graduated, Schenly High School; advertising executive, H. J. Heinz Company (1930-1954); founder, direct-mail agency; vice-chairman, Penn Hills Republican Committee; member, Allegheny County Republican Committee (8 years); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1962 and 1964; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1966); elected, delegate, Pennsylvania Constitutional Convention (1967-1968); co-founder and chairman, Penn Hills Tax League; legislative advisor, Pennsylvania Taxpayers’ League; died, September 5, 1996 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mount Hope Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
