LEWIS, Kelly, a Representative from Monroe and Pike Counties; born in East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pa., 1964; graduated, East Stroudsburg High School, 1982; B.S., business administration and finance, Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania), 1986; J.D./M.B.A., Widener University School of Law, 1993; lawyer; elected, controller, Monroe County (1996-2000); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 2001 and 2003 terms; appointed, Legislative Budget and Finance Committee (2001-2004); resigned from the House, December 6, 2004; president, Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania; president and CEO, TECHQuest Pennsylvania; founder, PA Infrastructure Group; president, Lewis Strategic; president, EquityFirst.
