Short Title:
An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in accidents and accident reports, further establishing a duty to stop vehicles at accident scenes, providing an exception from the duty for emergency vehicles and prescribing a penalty.
