A Concurrent Resolution calling for an amendment to the Constitution of the United States in accordance with Article V to reduce the powers of the Federal bureaucracy by eliminating the Federal Department of Education, the Federal Department of Energy, the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) and the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae).
