Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code," further providing for general powers of board, for specific subjects on which board may adopt regulations, for selection of personnel, for when sales may be made at Pennsylvania Liquor Stores, for sales by Pennsylvania Liquor Stores, for authority to issue liquor licenses to hotels, restaurants and clubs, for sale of malt or brewed beverages by liquor licensees, for malt and brewed beverages manufacturers', distributors' and importing distributors' licenses, for shipment of wine and for unlawful acts relative to liquor, malt and brewed beverages and licensees.
