An Act amending the act of July 4, 2008 (P.L. , No.38A), known as the General Appropriation Act of 2008, decreasing State appropriations to the Governor and Executive Offices; adding a State appropriation to the Attorney General; and decreasing State appropriations to the Department of Community and Economic Development, the Senate and the House of Representatives.
