An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, providing for measures to detect and track potential and existing public health emergencies, for declaring state of public health emergency, for control of property and persons during state of public health emergency and for public information regarding and planning for public health emergencies; and establishing the Public Health Emergency Planning Commission. |
