A Concurrent Resolution directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct a study of the Commonwealth's fragmented system of property tax reassessment, compare it to the property tax reassessment system in Maryland, explore property tax systems of other states and identify ways to improve the system in Pennsylvania, including the impact of adopting the Maryland system.
