Short Title:
A Resolution memorializing the Congress of the United States to enact legislation reauthorizing the Federal program of block grants to states for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and improving access to quality child care so long as the final bill includes no less than $6 billion in new child care resources for low-income working families and families attempting to transition from welfare to work.
