An Act establishing the Community Health Center Uncompensated Care Program in the Department of Public Welfare; setting criteria for eligibility for and authorizing payments to community and rural health centers to cover the costs of providing medically necessary care to indigent and uninsured Pennsylvanians, which costs are not covered by other public or private insurance, including medical assistance; and providing for powers and duties of the Department of Public Welfare.
