Evans, Pennsylvania National Guard Company C, 1st Battalion, 109th Infantry Regiment, 28th Infantry Division, who tragically lost his life while in the service of his country when an improvised explosive device was detonated near his Bradley Fighting Vehicle in Ar Ramadi, Iraq on September 19, 2005.
