Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P.L.31, No.21), known as the Public Welfare Code, further providing for freedom of choice and nondiscrimination, for restrictions on provider charges and payments, for provider prohibited acts and civil and criminal penalties, for venue and limitations on actions, for access to records by the Attorney General and for duty to report fraud or abuse and immunity.
