Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, further providing for the definition of "wine," for the general powers of the board, for sales by Pennsylvania Liquor Stores, for wine auction permits, for interlocking business prohibited, for breweries, for unlawful acts relative to liquor, alcohol and liquor licensees, for unlawful acts relative to liquor, malt and brewed beverages and licensees, for licenses required and for limited wineries.
